Delivery

Do you ship to any countries outside the USA?
- No, not at this current moment. But we plan to in the future! 

 


How are order status sent? When will I know my package has been delivered?
- Updates on your package will be sent both to your email and phone number. Frequent updates will occur, you will be notified when your package has been pre-shipped or is being prepared, when your package has been shipped, and when your order has been delivered. 


When will I get my order?
- Usually, it takes 2-3 weeks total for you to receive your order.

Fulfillment time is 10-15 days, in which after that time your order is then shipped out through USPS Priority Mail.

The expected delivery time itself is based on the origin, destination, and drop-off time. But can be estimated as follows

● USA (USPS PRIORITY MAIL): 1-3 business days (Be mindful of unexpected delays by USPS)

USA is the only current location we are able to ship to.

 

Where will my order ship from?
- We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! We order the items we have designed ourselves from them to have your package shipped to us, when we receive your order we transfer it into our custom polymailer to have immediately shipped to you!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
- An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

What should I do if my order is taking longer than the expected time to arrive to me?

- Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number. Or you may also text our customer support via text at our phone number 802-348-5901 with your name, concern and order number.

If you notice an error in your delivery address and your order has not yet shipped, we can update it for you. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to place a new order, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. A courtesy banner is displayed when clicking on our website to all of our potential customers, that informs them to verify their address when placing an order.

How do I track my order?
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected]


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 
- We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Returns

What’s your return policy?
- We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order (misspelling, damage or along the lines of that nature ), please let us know by contacting us at [email protected] 
Response times usually range between 24-48 hours.


Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
- At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, product descriptions and models for reference.

Payment 

Do I have to have a PayPal account to order ?
- No, you do not have to have a PayPal account to order. You can continue on as a guest without making a PayPal account.
